Slow Flow

Beginner-Friendly Flow. The teacher will take students through yoga postures (asanas) at a slow, comfortable pace and will explain how to feel each asana within the body. Every person feels the same asana differently! Soft music. 60 minutes

Power Vinyasa Flow (heated or unheated)

Students will flow through a sequence of yoga postures using “one breath, one movement” philosophy. The teacher encourages the students to take the -teacher provided sequence- on their own. Perfect for those who like to feel the the powerful connection between breath and body. You may break a sweat or simply glow. Upbeat Pop Music with lyrics. 60 minutes

Ashtanga Vinyasa (Short-version)

A dynamic, physically demanding practice, synchronizing breath and movement to produce internal heat. Great for building core strength and toning the body. Prepare to sweat or glow as you briskly move through a set sequence. Ashtanga Yoga was founded by K. Pattabhi Jois. 60 minutes

Yin Yoga

This practice is designed to help you sit longer, and more comfortably, in meditation by stretching connective tissue around the joints (mainly the knees, pelvis, sacrum, and spine). A passive practice, Yin Yoga involves variations of seated and supine poses typically held for 3 to 5 minutes, accessing deeper layers of fascia. Soft, spa-like music. 60 minutes

HIIT Yoga (High Intensity Interval Training)

High Intensity, heart pumping routine meets a dose of calmness. HIIT movements combined with yoga postures and flow. Guaranteed to glow your asanas off! Fun energetic, pop music. 60 minutes
